This formulation provides a finish that combines the transparency of a lacquer with the hardness and durability of a catalyzed varnish. This hardness makes our finishes extremely resistant to marking and scratching. Simply use a damp cloth for cleaning. No commercial waxes or cleaning products should be applied.
In the wide range of finishes available in Color Café, many are what we call “washed finishes.” The beauty of these finishes comes from the fact that they bring out the varying pigmentation of the wood contributing to the unique beauty of the furniture. Our washed finishes reveal the true beauty of the wood grain. This, together with the harmonization of the variation in natural coloring, which may vary from pale to dark, is what makes Color Café so exquisite. |
