Everyone at Darvin Furniture and Mattress is carefully following the developing situation with regards to the COVID-19 virus. As a locally owned and run business in our 100th year, Darvin is taking the health of our employees, family and community very seriously. We continue to monitor information from the CDC and take additional measures as needed to ensure our facilities remain safe and clean for our employees and customers.

We are carefully monitoring the recommendations of the Center for Disease Control (CDC), the Illinois Department of Health and the Village of Orland Park. We have further elevated our cleaning and sanitation protocol.

As a result of the order from Governor Pritzker and the State of Illinois, our showroom remains closed. As Chicagoland’s
largest provider of furniture and mattresses, we recognize that many of the items we sell are critical need items for members of the community. Mattresses, Lift Chairs, Adjustable Beds, and more may be critical to an individual's health and the safe operation of a household. As a result, we have begun operating a critical need sales hotline, available by dialing 708-460-4100 and selecting 9.

The Hotline is open 7 days a week, 10 AM - 6 PM. Knowledgeable Darvin staff are available to help you find whatever you need over the phone, and to assist navigating our website.

Is the showroom open?

What are the hours of the Darvin Critical Needs Call Center?

The Darvin Call Center is staffed from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Is Financing available online?

Financing is not currently available online.

Can you make purchases at using a Darvin Credit Card?

A Darvin Credit Card can be used for phone orders by calling our Critical Needs Call Center Hotline at (708)460-4100 and select 9. 7 days a week from 10am until 6pm. A Darvin Credit Card cannot be used for online orders. Major Credit/Debit Cards are accepted online.

Is there a way to enter for the Giveaway?

Our Ford Explorer Giveaway has been postponed until the store re-opens.

Are Mattresses available to purchase?

Yes, mattresses are available for purchase online at, or you can contact a Darvin Sleep Specialist at 708-460-4100 to help you choose the perfect one.

Are Lift Chairs available?

Yes, we have been helping our customers who require these chairs for health reasons, we carry a nice selection of lift chairs. You can go to and Search "Lift Chairs". In-stock items are immediately available for pickup or delivery.

When will you reopen?

Re-Opening our showroom is based on COVID-19 protocol from state and federal governments.

If I order now, or have a scheduled delivery, can Darvin still make home deliveries?

Yes, if you order now you can schedule a delivery date; Darvin is still making its scheduled deliveries. We are currently working on a two-day lead time for deliveries.

If I buy online, what is your return policy?

As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, exchanges are not permitted on new orders which have been picked up by the customer or delivered by Darvin.
