On in stock merchandise our delivery services guarantee that you can have your newly purchased furniture in your home the next day and in some cases,even the same day*. If you're one of the many customers who prefers to take your furniture home with you that day, our distribution center in Mokena is conveniently located just 15 minutes away from our Darvin Furniture store. Our distribution center is open for pick-ups Mon.- Fri. 10:00 am to 9:00 pm Saturday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm and closed Sunday.
However, for a modest fee home delivery may be a better option for you. We offer same-day delivery*, next-day delivery* or a delivery day convenient for you within 70 miles of our store. If you don't live that close don't worry, special arrangements can be made for longer deliveries.
Our professional drivers will deliver, set-up and place your furniture in the appropriate room. A Darvin customer care representative will call you the same day or delivery is complete, to insure your satisfaction.

All orders must be paid in full 3 days before the scheduled delivery, no cod's.
Due to the volume of deliveries Darvin Furniture cannot accommodate requests for morning, afternoon, or a particular time stop.
Our distribution center will confirm your scheduled delivery date 48 hours prior to delivery and give you a 3 hour delivery time window. Please understand that some conditions such as inclement weather, traffic jams, and road construction may delay a delivery.
We request a 48 hour notice to make a change in your delivery appointment. If you cancel a delivery with less than 48 hours notice or are not home for delivery, a restocking or handling fee equal to the delivery charge may be accessed.
Please clear the area where you would like your new furniture placed. Our delivery teams are not allowed to set-up electronics or move existing furniture.
Please inspect your furniture at the time of delivery. Defective merchandise and home damage must be reported within 48 hours.
Customer receipt and photo I.D. will be required to pick-up merchandise.
Payments made by check are subject to management approval and bank verification.
Pick-ups are done on a first come first serve basis.
Allow additional time if the order must be treated with fabric protection.
Customer is responsible for any product set-up or assembly.
Darvin associates will assist in the loading process but are not responsible for securing or any damage or any injury that may occur to the merchandise, Customer, or the Customers vehicle.
