In the unlikely event that within 30 days from date of purchase, a customer finds the identical item advertised, displayed, in stock for less by a local competitor in our trading area with the same delivery, finance, and service terms as Darvin Furniture we will glady refund the difference. Floor samples, bonus offers, clearance items, going out of business sales, or free offers are not included in this price guarantee.
Due to the current situation and in an effort to ensure the safety of our customers and employees, Darvin Furniture is unable to process any Returns or Exchanges until further notice.
Special orders are orders containing merchandise that is not held in regular stock and is ordered at the specific request of the customer. As such, special orders cannot be cancelled,
returned or exchanged under any circumstances once Darvin Furniture has placed the order with the manufacturer. Customer is required to pay the full balance and arrange
for pick-up or delivery of the merchandise within 7 days from notification to Customer that the merchandise is available for pick-up or delivery. Customer's failure to do so shall not relieve
Customer of its obligation to pay the entire amount owned for such merchandise.
Whether Darvin Furniture delivers the customers furniture purchased, or not, Darvin Furniture has not agreed to, will not, and has no responsibility whatsoever for the installation of any
and all so called "anti-tipping" restraint devices, equipment, hardward or apparatus provided and included with the furniture purchased solely by the furniture's manufacturer. In addition,
Darvin Furniture is not responsible for any manufactured products not providing "anti-tipping" restraints from the manufacturer.
Stock merchandise orders may be cancelled up to 3 days before delivery or pick-up for a full refund.
Mattresses and boxsprings once delivered or picked-up are not not subject to return or exchange without the written return approval of the bedding manufacturer.
May be returned within 48 hours for different items or a full refund. After 48 hours these items may not be returned or exchanged.
This merchandise is sold "As Is" and not subject to cancellation, return, service, exchange or refund. This merchandise must be pick-ed up within 48 hours and all sales are final.
Approximate delivery dates are based on standard manufacturer lead times and are subject to change. Darvin Furniture cannot be held responsible for delays in transportation, fabric shortages, production, or other acts that may result in a delay of a Customer's order. Failure to deliver your merchandise by the estimated delivery date will not give Customer the right to cancel the order without the express written consent of Darvin Furniture.
Purchases paid by check will be refunded by check made payable to Customer and issued 14 business days from cancellation or return of merchandise and mailed to the address provided by the Customer at the time of order or may be picked up by Customer at Darvin Furniture. Purchases paid by credit, debit card, third party financing, or gift certificate will be credited in the same form as payment was made within 5 business days of cancellation or return of merchandise. Purchases paid by cash will be refunded by check within 5 business days of cancellation or return of merchandise. Darvin Furniture reserves the right to request such documentation as deemed necessary by Darvin Furniture to verify the identify of persons requesting a return, exchange or refund.
