Huge 99th Anniversary Celebration planned at

Orland Park, IL, September 30, 2019 – With its last double-digit Anniversary Celebration planned for Monday, Dec. 2, Darvin Furniture & Mattress, 15400 La Grange Road, Orland Park, IL, will mark its 99th year in business with the annual Anniversary Catalog giveaway of up to $180,000 in furniture prizes.

Visitors shopping the Orland Park showroom are eligible to submit an entry beginning Oct. 1 to Dec. 2 at 6 p.m., when the final drawing will be conducted. Entrants must be 21 years of age or older, one entry per person. Winners need not be present.

As part of Darvin’s recognition for First Responders, Orland Park Police Officer Kerry Kelly-Valan will be pulling the names of the winners for the prizes.

“This ninety-nine-year anniversary is special, as it’s our last double-digit celebration before we hit that ultra-special century mark,” says Bob McGivney, Darvin Furniture & Mattress store manager. “It’s also incredibly exciting for Darvin to be able to award up to one-hundred and eighty thousand dollars in furniture to many of the people who have supported us for all these years.”

The furniture prizes that are part of the giveaway include: entertainment sets, dining sets, bedroom sets, sofas, china cabinets, mattresses and more. This annual Darvin Furniture event is a tradition, McGivney says, that has been a highlight of the Darvin Furniture anniversary celebration for decades.
