  • Darvin Furniture’s Spin to Win Promotion applies to all purchases made in person at Darvin Furniture & Appliances, Inc. in Orland Park, IL located at 15400 LaGrange Road. Excludes purchases from the distribution center, accidental protection, or service charges, tax and delivery and online orders.
  • No purchase is necessary to win a Mr. Darvin’s Coffee Shop card. One Spin per Household per day. One Winner per Household for duration of promotion.
  • The total combined daily order in sales per customer cannot exceed $5,000. This amount excludes tax and service fees, including without limitation delivery fees or accidental protection coverage.
  • No phone orders or online orders will be accepted.
  • Only purchases made 1.6.26 through 1.12.26 qualify for Spin to Win free furniture.
  • No previous orders qualify for the day and rewrites are not included.
  • All promotional sales are final. No refunds, returns or exchanges will be permitted. No changes, including additions or deletions, may be made to the order following participation in the promotion. Limited to one spin per customer/per household per day.
  • Spins landing on FURNITURE are up to the value of the furniture purchase, not exceeding $5,000. Spins landing MATTRESS are up to the value of the mattress (or furniture), not exceeding $2,500.
  • Tax and Delivery charges are not included. Winners of furniture or mattress must pay IL sales tax on the sale price of their items. Customer must pay for delivery ($199.99 minimum within normal delivery zone) or pick up at the Distribution Center.
  • The Spin to Win promotional event will be video recorded to verify the accuracy of the results and may be used in promotion/advertising by Darvin Furniture. By participating in the Spin to Win promotion, customer acknowledges and provides his/her consent to such recording, and further consents to Darvin Furniture’s use of such recording in its advertising and for other promotional purposes.
  • Customers must sign to verify they accept the terms and conditions of the Spin to Win Promotion.
  • Customer can receive a copy of rules, Darvin keeps a scanned copy.
  • This is not gambling. Odds of winning the Spin to Win wheel promotion are estimated to be 1/400.
  • Winners must fill out a W-9 form for 1099 purpose. Name on order must match name on W-9 form.
  • The wheel must make a complete rotation to qualify as a good spin.
  • This promotion is open to legal residents of Illinois or Indiana who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older.

Employees of Darvin Furniture and Appliance of Orland Park, Inc. and other companies associated with the promotion and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible.
